SAVING ENQUIRIES TO GOOGLE DRIVE: SETUP (about 10 minutes, free)

Each enquiry gets its own folder in Google Drive with a Google Doc of all the answers,
any plans or photos they uploaded, and their site boundary as a KML file. A log sheet
lists every enquiry, and an alert email with links goes to whoever you choose.

1. MAKE THE FOLDER
In Google Drive, make a folder called "Website enquiries" (or any name).
Open it and copy the folder ID from the address bar: it's the long code after
   /folders/ e.g. drive.google.com/drive/folders/1AbCdEfGh... copy 1AbCdEfGh...

2. MAKE THE SCRIPT
Go to script.google.com and click New project. Name it "Maverick enquiry form".
Delete what's in Code.gs and paste in everything from the Code.gs file in this folder.
   At the top, in SETTINGS:
FOLDER_ID paste the folder ID from step 1
     ALERT_EMAILS who gets the alert, e.g. 'info@maverickindustries.co.uk, sam@...'
   Click Save.

3. TEST IT
In the toolbar, pick testEnquiry from the function list and click Run.
Google will ask for permission (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, fetching the aerial
photo). Click through and Allow. If it says "Google hasn't verified this app",
click Advanced, then Go to Maverick enquiry form. This is your own script.
Check the folder: there should be a test enquiry folder, and an alert email.
   Delete the test folder afterwards.

4. PUT IT ONLINE
Click Deploy, then New deployment. Click the cog next to "Select type" and pick
   Web app. Set:
     Execute as Me
     Who has access Anyone
Click Deploy and copy the Web app URL (ends in /exec).

5. CONNECT THE FORM
In index.html, near the bottom, find CONFIG and paste the URL:
     submitUrl: 'https://script.google.com/macros/s/..../exec',
Upload the form and send yourself a test enquiry.

IF YOU CHANGE THE SCRIPT LATER
Click Deploy, Manage deployments, the pencil icon, Version: New version, Deploy.
The web address stays the same, so the form doesn't need changing.

GOOD TO KNOW
Everything is saved in your Google account, so only people you share the folder
with can see enquiries. Share the "Website enquiries" folder with the team.
Gmail allows about 100 alert emails a day on a personal account and 1,500 on
Google Workspace, far more than you'll need.
Uploads are limited in the form to 10 MB per file and 25 MB in total.
Settings you can switch off: LOG_SHEET (the log spreadsheet) and AERIAL_IMAGE
(the satellite picture in each doc).
